Very rude man at the reception. You're the first point of contact and you should really learn some manners or some lessons in customer service if you want business. I didn't come begging to you I came with money to buy some things but your attitude was such that I won't be doing any more business with you.
I recently wrote a negative review because of the sloppy work of a fitter who is no longer recommended by Howdens. Andy, the manager, was very helpful in rectifying the substandard work, bringing round another fitter to finish my kitchen. I was also reimbursed for the cost of an electrician I had to get round due to the earlier work blunders. I'm so pleased with the response I got! My kitchen is looking really nice again.
Intially i left a 1 star review after being supplied incorrect items by another branch in Essex and not being able to return it to my local Branch Farnham After receiving my review Howdens Head Office and Particularly the manager of the Farnham were helpful and took the items in return. Given this was not their fault i have amended my review accordingly.
Helpful and friendly were forgiving at continuous purchases that were the wrong style or size. Memory lapse clearly happens to us all.
Just relocated to a larger bigger branch just around the corner as always Fantastic customer service really nice bunch good level stock
Top notch service. Quality products backed up with a great atmosphere. 10/10
