I wanted to say thank you to Paul, who went beyond and above trying to help me to find right size bricks sample. He fully understood I was under time pressure and already had wrong size sample at my site. 5* service Paul. Really nice to see people that take their time to help customers!
Just hired a JCB excavator for the weekend from Jewson. Everyone that I dealt with at the Farnham branch was friendly and super efficient, right down to the guy who drops it off outside your house! Would have no hesitation in recommending the tool hire service to everyone.
Ordered some items on the web for collection the next day. Phoned to see if they had arrived in the morning - no, but they said that they would call me when they did arrive. They did exactly this around 14:00. Popped down there in the afternoon and what a lovely bunch of people they were. I can't recommend higher than 5* but this was a great experience.
Alan the tool hire guy is amazing! Super helpful and very friendly. Will be coming back regularly to hire more things for our on going house renovations! Couldn't recommend more!
Asked specifically for square edge boards, I got tapered...... Materials coming up on the system as in stock, then they don't have them in stock... Go to Travis Perkins or Covers Timber yard.
