I don't know the first thing about building/diy etc but when I called they couldn't have been more helpful. Went in the next to identify the suitable type/size of the required window board - again, the operative I spoke to JP went above and beyond. The chap I'd previously spoken to was at the cash desk and the whole visit was a pleasant experience. Very refreshing, especially in these days of general grumpiness!
Wide range. Friendly staff. Easy access. Price a bit steep if not on account.
Very good building merchants. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Had exactly what I was looking for and assured me if I couldn't see what I was looking for in store they could source it for me and order in for me and could deliver it to my door. Highly recommend Jewson for materials and even Tool Hire.
I wanted to say thank you to Paul, who went beyond and above trying to help me to find right size bricks sample. He fully understood I was under time pressure and already had wrong size sample at my site. 5* service Paul. Really nice to see people that take their time to help customers!
Ordered some items on the web for collection the next day. Phoned to see if they had arrived in the morning - no, but they said that they would call me when they did arrive. They did exactly this around 14:00. Popped down there in the afternoon and what a lovely bunch of people they were. I can't recommend higher than 5* but this was a great experience.
