Young girl at front counter extremely rude. Acted as if I had interrupted a very important conversation that she was having with another employee. Had no idea about where to find anything in the store.

Please, please, please....FIX THE SQUEEKY ENTRANCE DOOR!!!!!!
It's so frustrating!
Surely, as a home/diy store you'd have something to fix it with????

Getting better now Bunnings influence is noticeable however still too many issues with stock. I.e.empty shelves and items showing in stock on the web site but can't be found when you try to buy in store.
