Put two brand new front tyres on a peugeot 107 only to find totally incorrect pressures in both 36psi in offside one and 46psi in n/s good job i checked her tyres I once took a lexus rx for full brake check only to be told by them all good which wasn't ,these luxury suv have dual handbrake and intricate drum shoe fittings a piece of fittings was left detached and o/s handbrake cable siezed Bridgend Garage in Leek sorted fittings and replaced a handbrake cable at a fraction of dealership costs National Tyres were unable to identify and solve issue
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, who certainly 'go the extra mile' to help you. Very impressed how they handled my emergency flat tyre;I couldn't have done any better.

Called in here on a mad Saturday morning after discovering I'd driven over a screw. They managed to look at the car straight away. Really appreciated the quick service and at a very affordable price managed to fix it rather than just saying I need a new tyre.
Absolutely, disgusted! 2 kids in the back of my car asked if they could do a quick puncture repair on my car! Refused me as apparently they didn’t have enough time to do it then had the cheek to shut up the garage ten mins early infront of me !!! sack whoever’s in charge Saturday afternoon on the 9th April a puncture repair takes no more than 20 mins! Also condescending rude and arrogant the girl working their was polite to be fair.
Dreadful dreadful service. Take your money, book you in and then when you arrive get told that someone should have called you yesterday to cancel. What a waste of 2 hours and now they plan to keep my money for 5 days.
Superb customer service from Craig who fitted a new set of rear brake pads to my old Mitsubishi Shogun, given the callipers were seized he nevertheless completed the job for the price quoted despite it taking him a lot longer than it would otherwise have done! Extremely helpful and knowledable and was more than happy to share his local knowledge and give advice as to the condition of the vehicle. Will definitely be going back there for my motoring needs in future!
These guys got us out of a fix. Just as we were leaving town in a fully laden car for a break in the Dales, a front brake back plate started rattling, I rang them and they told me to come straight down, they had the car up on a ramp, part removed/sorted in minutes! I asked who to pay and they just said don’t worry, I was bowled over, so had to share this. What they don’t know is that they had warned me 18 months earlier that the plates needed replacing common VW/Audi issue but I didn’t get round to it; I thoroughly recommend them.
Always very helpful. Courteous. And very happy with the work they have carried out on my workhorse van. Good team and have no issues in recommending there work
I've dealt with various National Tyres branches over the years with varying levels of success so I normally stick to their mobile tyre fitting service. Congleton branch though is easily 5 stars, friendly, helpful, polite and they do an excellent job as well.
