This store is considerably smaller than the one at the north end of The Glades, but it still carries the essentials and often has much shorter queues than its sister store. If there's a run on a promoted item, it's well worth checking this one before venturing up to the other, as it gets much less foot traffic and so holds onto stock longer.

Staff always polite, it might have queue for prescriptions but they usually make the prescription within 15 to 30 minutes. Usually people pay next to the pharmacy and not next to the entrance which causes the pharmaceutical staff to be busy. It is small but with enough medicines, basic baby things, few variety of food and drinks. Staff knows what they are doing and have knowledge about products/medicines.

A good boots store. The shop floor isn't that big, but it's very convenient for when you want to quickly grab something and go. There are 2 shop floors in the intu shopping mall ( 2nd and 1st floor) which are much bigger and have much more available stock but It saves the trip of having to go all the way into the mall. I've also noticed that everytime I went into this boots the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it's quite a peaceful environment.

Good variety of products and decent size store. Could do with refurb and more checkouts / self checkouts.
