I just wanted to send you an email to highlight the absolutely impeccable service we received from Steve at the Newhaven branch. We came to look at a mattress for a eldery friend who has been in hospital for the past three months as is currently at the local rehabilitation unit after an illness. She is due to move into a new flat and needs to buy a lot of things. We came into the store and Steve listened was amazing, I explained the situation to him and he was so attentive and kind. She has only been out of hospital on a handful of occasions and hasn’t slept on a proper bed in a long time so to come away from the store yesterday, having purchased a mattress, and feeling confident and excited about moving into her new home was wonderful. I have spent the past year watching her deteriorate slowly and now she is on the mend to have someone so lovely help us was just amazing. I worked in retail for many years in London and have managed some fine employees but Steve possessed something that is hard to always find. Genuine customer care and honesty. I hope that he continues to be able to provide that service for your company for many years to come.

The Manager was great, very helpful and because l bought so much - king size bed, king size mattress, double mattress and small double mattress, 8 pillows, 2 double quilts and 3 mattress protectors, he gave me a really good discount. So will definitely be going back in a couple of years when my son will need an up-grade for his bed and mattress:
I went to the newhaven store yesterday and was greeted by Steve who was welcoming to me and my uncle, then I spoke with the team manager while my uncle looked around with Steve. They both made the process easy and both gave great advice. Much appreciated and would recommend this store to anyone who needs a great bed and great service.
Assistant was polite, helpful and knowledgeable with a lovely sense of humour. She gave advice on the right mattresses but left the final choice up to us. We never felt hurried or uncertain. Great service, Michelle
Very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff with a good range of beds to view and try out. Prices are expensive for the top end of the range but, as in all things in life, you get what you pay for.
