We started a tropical tank last week and purchased some fish from yourselves. Unfortunately one of our new fish did not get on in the tank. I visited the store for advise and spoke to a lady whose name I unfortunately did not get ( she had a purple t shirt and was doing the water in your tanks) Her customer service skills were amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. A real credit to your branch

Good store with welcoming staff. Good choice cat, dog, fish, rodent and bird items. Does not carry as wide a range as other Pets At Home stores which can be frustrating.

Large store, just had a refit with groomers and vets. Large selection of pet items, able to find what we need, staff good
