Used Concorde today for first time. Easy to book. Value for money. Clean tidy and quick easy drop off and pick up. Polite and friendly. No pushy sales. I will use again. Last year's experience at HalfordsWinterhill was awful. Missed checking a number plate bulb. Tried to charge me £45 When the shop down the road sold them for few quid.

Great garage, always had nothing but good experiences at MK and Leicester when i used to live there. The team has awsome technical knowledge and knows what they are doing. Never any trouble with trying to swindle me at all. Staff explain exactly what needs doing and why, so a lesson in how cars work always thrown in which is nice!

Top service, great price. They really are a one stop shop to get EVERYTHING car related done. Brilliant for busy people like me who know a bit about cars but just don't have the time to sort out myself. I always love going into garages knowing most will try and rip me off because I don't look like I know what I'm on about and giving them an earful but these guys really surprised me with a fair price and great quality work. Quick too!

Booked for my car to have front discs and front pads replaced, appointment was 6 days later.... Company wanted full deposit before any works took place. When it came to getting it done they had ordered front discs with rear pads?!!... Appointment was at 12.30 and by the time I got out it was 17.30.....5 hours of waiting. The mechanic on duty was apologetic but no goodwill gestures offered. Absolutely useless operation, try to avoid.
