I've been using this Post Office for years now. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure I get what I need. I won't go anywhere else. 5* service and 10* staff.
I see there are some very negative reviews of service at this post office, which I do not understand. I use this post office because the lady behind the counter, whose name I have forgotten, is always so friendly and helpful. I went there this morning to collect an Amazon package and once again she made my day with her welcoming, friendly smile. I see I am not alone in appreciating this person's unfailing kindness but I do not know who other customers found "yelling" etc... Thank you
Used to live close to the shop for a year so sent all my international letters/parcels for home through this Post Office. The Lady behind the counter is a lovely person who always provided the best service in the most helpful and friendly way, also provided amazing assistance in regards to compensation from Royal Mail when someone stole the contents of a parcel I had sent. Despite a long queue at times due to many customers, she was always friendly, helpful and professional! Not to confuse with the actual Londis shop and/or staff.
The last few years has been hard for me but every time I came to the post office the lady was extremely nice to me, asking how I was and helping me with all the papers I was dealing with, relating to DVL, sending fast letters to UK and Spain and so on. I can't thank her enough for all her help especially when you need most.
I’ve used the post office here a good number of times for personal and business uses, always seems to be the same member of staff who is quick and helpful
I arrived shortly after 12.00 on Saturday and the woman said she closed at 12.00 - website says 12.30 Either they should update their website or honour customers Interesting they can afford to turn away business Very annoyed
Ladies who are working at post office really rude and poor customer service . I didn’t like it .
