Easy to find and quick to collect parcel package

Dreadful - went to collect a parcel. They said I had two parcels. I believed them and did not check the name and address on parcels. When I got home (through Canterbury rush hour traffic) I saw that the parcels were for someone in Whitstable. Not same surname. Not same street name. So having to drive back immediately as worried about now losing my own parcel as obviously no longer have the slip that proves they have my parcel. Wish me luck .................

Parcel left behind wheelie bin 18th. Found 19th Alf 6 in the morning. I was in all day. I even have a notice on my door saying where to leave any parcels if not in. Which is across the road! And NOT EVEN A CARD LEFT. Disgusted.

i will never use their international services any more , will never advise any one to use it , they are so slow ,stuff so rude and not helpful ,lied to me , lost my parcel , keep calling customer service they saying call post office , and post office does the same , im like a ball between them , be honest i was shocked how bad they are !!! they should close royal mail down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
