For weeks I’ve been trying to make an appointment . When I finally got through last Thursday after yet again being on hold for 25 minutes the receptionist asked me to check if my DRs had sent through their data. She could have easily checked using the data I had. However by the time I had a confirmation, they were closed. Since then I’m on hold and then after 10-20 minutes disengaged or as today , a new LOW , the phone didn’t engage at all. Upon my third attempt it was engaged. I’ve tried online booking, but there are no appointments until gone September….I didn’t try beyond that as my mothers funeral was set for August third …and that’s taken nearly two months! There are few words left to describe my contempt for this organisation. The automated Calle response requests understanding? HUH
The ladies here were so wonderful and a very welcoming, calming presence on such a nervous day. The room was organised well and social distancing was respected and adhered to. It was a wonderful wedding and we were so grateful on how it was done. Thank you!
We got married here yesterday and everything was just perfect. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They understood and respected exactly what we wanted for our small and intimate wedding and honestly made our day everything I wanted it to be. Thank you you to everyone involved.
Recently got married here and the facilities are lovely and I would recommend it for that. However the staff are very rude and rushed my family out when taking pictures. They even forced my Nan to leave in the disabled lift, without telling anyone. This subsequently lead to her sitting in the rain for the next 20 minutes on her own and being very upset.
They don't answer the phone. It's so annoying.
I was given another chance on my appointment just to carry on our preferred wedding date. Excellent and so professional!
Easy to find, ample parking for customers and the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating.
