Couldn’t be happier with the help I received here! It was my first time in, I was feeling nervous, but was made very comfortable by the staff. Particular thanks to Denise, who took me through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and was overall very kind during the whole experience!
I don't like the fact they never told when my money was coming in. There should be more walk in appointments I don't wanna talk to robots on the phone. Yours faithfully Chris
I've received lots of help from the staff here in terms of job searches and help finding employment, however the door and security staff are ridiculously rude. One of them asked me for my surname upon entering once, and my surname is unusual so I told him and quickly spelt it out, just to help the staff identity me easily on their appointment sheet. He simply replied with, 'I only asked for your name, not to spell it!' Couldn't believe it. Hate coming here now that I'm made to feel like a child every time I enter.
What a terrible place. Came all the way from London on a Saturday to get national insurance number and when I got there, 3 hours after I left home and 30 quid lighter, there was a simple handwritten note that said they had technical difficulties... Great communication skills... This 2019 we're living in and no phone call or anything. Ridiculous. Now have to come back another time or wait another month before I have the opportunity to come by. No compensation or anything of course, because it's the government. So happy to be living in 1900 Britain... No wonder they want to get out of the EU, that's to modern for them...
Can't work out why I'm being booked in to attend the office when my GO says I'm unfit ????

Very efficient, friendly and respectful . Be organised, bring everything they need and it is very straightforward. No hot drinks allowed and no public loo .
