Enforces 120 pounds levy on dog owners who have complied with the micro chip laws to process a lost dog.  Never takes responsibility to it’s public by stating the operations are subcontracted to a third party, therefore we are absolved of any accountability for the services we tax the public to provide to them.

One of the best run councils on the country.
Despite extremely challenging times, the council's staff irrespective of political persuasion work very hard to make an over demanding public get services that would be envied anywhere else in the country.
Keep up the good work.

poor. i went to office today to be told to go make an applic online...guess what? the system is down and has been for sometime. No way to phone as 4.50!! get with it council - we pay your wages!!
