Very rude, extremely officious, unwelcoming, unhelpful and generally lacking in knowledge and service, particularly the female staff, one of whom we understand is the manager! If you query anything or move to the counter before the 'Please go to Counter X' board has asked you to, they shout at you, in front of any other customers - extremely unprofessional and no doubt a breach of their own Code of Conduct. The service provided by this branch has been consistently poor. Although it is only a few minutes walk from our office, as a business, we have now elected to drive out of town to the New Dover Road branch who are always very welcoming, friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

The information on the web site clearly says the opening time on Sunday is until 2.45pm. I arrived at 2.33pm to be told that they are now closed. The member of staff who said this is often prickly - I do not know if she is the manager. Despite the fact that the web site says they should be open until 2.45, neither staff member would serve me. Discourteous and shabby.
