I have been going to this salon for almost a year. The staff are polite and friendly. I have had my hair coloured and blow dried there several times and been very happy. The big problem is scissor happy Martin who does not listen or care about what you want. I made it very clear to him when we first met that I was growing my hair. So what did he do? He cut well over 3 inches off the length and it took months to grow back. Since then I have not let him cut it, up until a week ago when I asked him to layer the top as it was a bit heavy.  He has taken so much off it looks like an 80's mullet. Awful! I will never go back to Hairworks again because of this. My advice is if you don't want anything drastic done and just want a trim do not go to Martin. I am furious with him and for  his lack of respect for my wishes.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I had had a beautiful blowdry last month and all staff was super friendly so decided to try other services. Worst waxing ever! Terrible job done: patches of hair left untouched, wax left everywhere, and I got seriously burnt. Ive been waxing for over 10 years and that was my worst experience by far, that lady has no clue of what she's doing

Amazing service! I had a shellac pedicure done by Abbie and I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! She was so polite and thorough and Farah the receptionist was sweet and helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly & I highly recommend

I stopped in here after reading the online reviews. I was very happy with the service provided. I opted for a brow shape/thread & tint.  Trained myself I usually do these treatments at home but fancied relaxing for a change.  I was welcomed gracefully and proceeded to use the washroom which was clean, fresh and brightly lit. Small step down which the staff made me aware of as I walk with a stick  Then I was invited into the private treatment room. The bed was clean, covered in couch roll and the room well lit. I was consulted regarding the shape and shade I wished to have. The beautician and I had a friendly chat and she also left me peacefully whilst waiting for my development times.  The gentleman at the reception was cheerful and polite on my way out also.  I'll definitely return as it's good value for a great service.

Great service from Hatis, all equipment was properly sterilised, her method had minimal pain and the salon was well air conditioned for this hot day. I look forward to trying the other services here!Service:&nbsp;Body waxing
