I wouldn't choose anywhere else to get my lashes done. Luxe lashes is such a lovely salon that's friendly, professional and clean. Lorraine and Rochelle are always very welcoming as soon as you step through the door. Ludmilla does my lashes and she is very talented. I love the natural look she gives me - I've had lots of compliments on my lashes, which is a testament to her work. The whole experience with her is very relaxing. Top service overall and highly recommended.

First time coming here and i feel like a new woman already. Casey is an absolute artist!! Very talented,  The best classics I've had in a few years. I've been going there for a while now and I can say all the staff there are friendly and accommodating. Especially my lash tech, Nicola, has been the best and does an amazing job. Since the first time I went there, I've changed the style of my lashes a few times to see which looks better on me, and each time, she always understood exactly what I wanted. Now, we have found the best style of lashes that suit me best. Very satisfied

Nails didn’t last a week. I will go back to my usual salon. They offered to fix it but the time wasn’t suitable for me and my nails shouldn’t be peeling off after a few days anyway. I couldn’t make the appointment and emailed them over a week ago to help me with other nails that started peeling and heard nothing back so… ‍  Edit: there are photos from two different days that’s why the nail growth is different. Like I mentioned in my review I contacted when I noticed a few days after the treatment and a week+ before I made the review. The nail artist took a picture of my nails on the day and it was never near the cuticle you can ask her for the picture. They still never explained why they did not respond to my email but I will never come back so I don’t care anymore anyway.

Today was my first visit to Luxe Lashes London and I was so impressed. First impressions were great. The team were welcoming and the atmosphere matched. The environment was clean, tidy and smelt divine! Ludmilla completed my lashes. We discussed what I wanted and Ludmilla talked me through the various options to suit my desired look. All I can say is she delivered... My lashes looked amazing nice and natural just the way I like them. I had my eyebrows done by Rochelle the brow queen! My brows are perfect, shape, personalised colour to suit just perfection! This was such a pleasant experience, I will be back and I would 100% recommend. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and making me feel so welcome.

I have been getting my lash extensions done at Luxe Lashes for over a year and I always have the best experience, there’s always a warm welcome from Rochelle! and customer service is on point! They never fail on quality, absolutely love it there!  Love the team, Lorraine has an amazing natural talent and works with such care. I would also highly recommend Ludmilla, she has done my lashes beautifully many times. Everyone is always so friendly, I will never go anywhere else!
