Worlds worst haircut, lost my confidence, refused to agree to a proper solution and accused me of threatening them - avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. Completely ruined my hair - gave me a mullet-like hairstyle!!! I went for a very simple haircut and asked for my hair to be slightly graduated so I had a few pieces hanging just below my jaw when my hair was up to lightly frame my face. I even showed a photo just to be super clear. I didn’t realise how awful it was at first as I was given a very bouncy blow dry, but at the event I was at after - I realised just how much of my hair had been looped off and he’d even graduated my hair in the wrong direction! I genuinely cried for days, it wouldn’t fit in a ponytail, hair clip, half up half down and I have a client facing role - I couldn’t leave the house and I still have severe anxiety going out. I went back as they offered to fix it, and although the creative director did her best, it was so awful, it didn’t make much of a difference. She even had to correct the standard haircut as that was really wonky. The only thing that would help give me an ounce of confidence back would be extensions - simply the cost of one client coming in for highlights and a blow dry but they refused and even verged on trying to accuse me of threatening and abusive behaviour just because I said I’d write a review if they wouldn’t fairly cover the cost. In all my emails I had mentioned how lovely the staff and service had been - which I really didn’t have to do, given that their services left me feeling genuinely agoraphobic. I put my full trust in Tiara Organics and they have been so stubborn. I sent them a video since it had in their opinion been ‘fixed’ which showed how awful and all over the place it was. They said they were satisfied with the fringe. 1st mistake - I never asked for a fringe and so proving me right, 2nd mistake - it’s appalling and for a hairdresser to approve this cut - I’m shocked they are still in business. If anyone wants proof I am more than happy to simply forward the email chain from them, showing the videos and photos.Service: Hairstyling
Hi- I came the first time to the Salon 3 years ago and since then I never go to another place. My hairdresser Seeta is just amazing: very talented colorist, she immediately figured out what I needed for my colour something very natural with sunkiss effect. And the cut is just perfect! Each and every time I see my friends after I only have compliments. Besides the team is super nice !! I highly recommend the salonServices: Hairstyling
I got a new fringe cut and wash and blow dry as well as eyebrow threading from here a few months a go and everything was amazing. The staff were so lovely and really knew what they were doing, and it was all quick, easy and affordable! Would definitely recommend and go again.Services: Hairstyling
Tiara organic is the best salon in London...they are all rounders and one stop salon to go to...I am very fussy with my hair & very scared to trust hairdressers, but hairdressers here cut only how much you tell them. They listen carefully. And very warm and welcoming staff...they treat you like a royalty the minute you walk in...they take your coat off, then consultation and they offer amazing green teas...beautiful detoxifying shampoo & massage. Aftercare...I love my every trip at tiara...specially I love the hair growth oil made by the owner Dimps Sanghani, her secret recipe for hair growth...I highly recommend tiara organic for haircuts, colors, eyebrows, organic hair care treatment & yoga lift facials.
I had a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry and Tiara Organic and couldn’t be more happy with the result. Seeta was absolutely fantastic, knowledgable and highly skilled when it came to my colouring. My hair was very dry and damaged when I came in, but she repaired it exceptionally and it now looks and feels so healthy. I will definitely be returning and encourage others to visit her as soon as you can!Service: Hair highlighting

I have been using the services of Tiara Organic since 2018 and haven't found another beauty salon that compares - it's worth the hour long journey every time! Anu is fabulous and does an amazing job on my eyebrows tint and thread as well as LVL lashes. The best staff and service in London!Services: Eyebrow threading
I have been visiting Tiara organic salon for several years. There is always a warm welcome from reception the decor is good, but the most important any stylist who works there always provides an excellent cut and blow dry and gives advice on hair products . I have been complimented on my hair after a visit. Always a relaxing experience. I will try their beauty services very soon. They have amazing pamper packages every month.Services: Hair highlighting
I went here for a lash lift and this has to be the best place i’ve ever had them done! They look so long and nice but natural like very good extensions. Both anu and janvi were super nice and friendly doing my patch test and the lashes. The place was very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated environment. Would highly recommend :
