I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch hair services in the area. I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! They have really transformed my hairstyle. They took the time to recommend many great treatments inc. hair botox and balayage which really made a difference. I receive a lot of compliments for the balayage highlights for instance- they are blended seamlessly, giving my hair a natural, sun-kissed look that I adore. What truly sets them apart is its exceptional staff. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist to the stylists, were friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. They made me feel welcomed and ensured I had a positive experience from start to finish.Amir, Simone, Francesca…they are all great to people.

Aer is my local hair fix stop! I have been going since they opened and each visit has been fantastic. All their stylists are extremely talented and friendly- great for when I had short and long hair. I would recommend Aer to first timers and experienced salon go-ers alike. You can even pop in for a quick brow or nail fix too!! The staff is accommodating and experienced and you will love the ambience.
Top service for all colour services, high and low light, foliage, wash and blow dry, cut. Staff is very friendly and highly professional and I love their natural range of products by Davines. I highly recommend Simone, Martha, Francesca and Amir. It’s my favourite hairdressing place in London, UK and beyond!
Do not go here - really bad experience here. It was my legal wedding day, which I told them. I had booked for a neck and shoulder massage, when I turned up they said they could only do 10 minutes instead of the full 25. The massage was good but I got less than half of what I paid for. I then had a blowdry, started out good with a lovely man, but halfway through someone different started doing my hair - without me being told. Then the other man came back. I'm still not sure what happened but I would expect only one person to do my hair. The result - flat hair in less than 15 mins after having the blowdry. Ended up having to do my hair myself! The whole salon was CHAOS it was busy, no one spoke to me, I had no idea what was going on. I didn't expect to have to redo my hair but that's exactly what happened. What a waste of money, really disappointed.
I have my graduation ceremony tomorrow and had no booking to get my hair done.. ran into aer blow dry bar and they were all so helpful and accomodating even with their very busy schedule.. they managed to fit me in!! And I absolutely love the results of the blow dry. I didn't catch the name of the man who did it but he was from Sicily! Thank you!
