Hackney Council deserved NO stars!! A criminal organisation masquerading as a council. There is no such thing as data protection. Staff will use council to benefit themselves and their business. Feel sorry for the genuine staff who want to help/do their jobs, they are outnumbered by they corrupt staff who abuse their positions. Don't be surprised at nepotism it is rife in this council.

On phone to hackney council to ask a simple question about the new driving restrictions and when they will come into practice and what do they call peak times .. Destiny has put me on hold because she is not up to date with basic information... surely if your going to employ ppl train them before letting them loose on the public the music on hold is so lloud I’ve had to remove from my ear , a decent customer service agent would of updated herself on all your new polices and a decent line manager would of given her basic information as it’s £130 fine to drive diesel or Petrol cars through Islington or hackney your staff should of been informed well before to give The public the right information,Then destiny put me through to olu who was apparently in parking and the third agent that I’d spoken to with massive lack of information honestly you need to employ staff who actually update themselves with local information that their jobs require ... what a massive waste of over 35 mins of my life still to none the wiser on the info I needed 🙄 If anyone knows when this ban of cars Petrol or diesel are banded from hackney / Islington could you please let me know £130 fine be careful could actually be a way of raising revenue for these local councils
