Don't know what's happened at this post office. I have used it quite a lot over the years and it has been fine. But today they were rude. Both of them. No please or thank you, just barely audible words and aggressive hand gestures, moving me from queue to queue and back again. I wasn't just buying a stamp, I needed a bit of a conversation. I almost laughed when I noticed a sign saying "smile you're on CCTV". Well nobody smiled at me and I was the customer. Cheek.

Horrible experience. I bought a postcard and I went to counter and I told the man I wanted to send it abroad so I needed a stamp. He placed the stamp in the middle of the card that it is not where it should go. I was about to complain but then I didn't 'cause I had the feeling he wouldn't have posted my card. He was rude to me and he didn't even say goodbye when I left. The card arrived later then usual (I send postcard to this location often and it takes no more then 3/4 days). It took 8 days to arrive and the postcard was crumpled and cut in a side. The postcard also arrived with the stamp not imprinted so the date it has been sent out cannot be checked (was it done on purpose?). There are mean people here, keep away from this place!

Oh my gosh, this old man dsn't know maps and kept telling me I'm wrong, while he was the one, who gave me the address 😂 So I asked him, why he's so angry - be happy 😊

Worst service ever. Very rude staff headed by the most abusive and rude manager that I ever dealt with in my life. Aggressive,lack of willingness to admit that he was wrong. He started to ask for all kind of nonsense documentation just so he wouldn't have to deal with my request . After i refused to leave the office because I knew that I had all that was required, I was dealt with in a very disrespectful and condescending manner. This was by far the most humiliating situation I have ever been with. For sure I will take my business somewhere else from now on. I would advice anybody to stay away. And my next step will be legal action
