I've had a really great experience with Leaders from being a first time landlord Sara provided me with all the information I would need to get started. I had met with 3 other agencies prior to Leaders and they were the best by far.  Sophie has also been great in the lead up to the tenants moving in. She has communicated with me promptly when things needed doing and has kept me updated and well informed. It has made me feel reassured that the flat is in good hands.

Sophie Wood was amazing throughout the entire process, from enquiry to move in day. She made everything easier for me and my partner while we were trying to find our new home. Thank you so much Sophie!  Taking one star off as there were a few moments where we were left wondering if we had to send all our documents again, as the automated emails kept requesting information we had already provided.

Must recommend!! Since I was a first-time tenant, I've had an absolutely fantastic experience with Leaders. Sara made sure we had a viewing appointment on schedule and gave me all the details regarding the unit. When I needed something done, Sophie swiftly let me know, and she also kept me informed and updated. Also we found the right apartment at right time with their help. All documentations and payment were digitally done. They gifted us a home move box on our key collection day.

I am a leaders tenant in Wolverhampton, but Leamington spa is the branch that deals with my property. I had some really leaky taps, a bad limescale build up that was causing a lot of pressure in the pipes. I called Abigail Phillips, my new property manager who seems lovely and chirpy on the phone and she had a plumber round the next day, with new taps and fittings. The contractor did a great job....lovely new shiney taps!!! No noise!!! No drips!!! Overall it was easily sorted out. Thank you to all. I would recommend you speak to leaders if you are looking to rent a property.

I had a great experience with Penny Hackett at Leaders. She was incredibly helpful, efficient & very professional in finding out what I was looking for and promptly got a viewing arranged on the property I was looking at and recommended others. I would definitely recommend her skills if you need a great lettings agent.

I wish i could give less than one star. I was a tenant through Leaders and they were a shambles from start to finish. I only had one issue with the property in 12 months which Leaders themselves identified in a routine visit but after 5 unanswered emails they never returned to fix the problem.  When i vacated the property they never invited me to the final inspection and then sent me an email with a list of problems which i knew to be completely false and withheld my deposit. They provided no evidence and after 3 months of not returning my emails i appointed an adjudicator. After a further 2 months of providing the adjudicator with zero evidence i received my deposit in full.  Have you ever come across anybody in the service industry who leaves their email permanently on out of office with a message saying "i am extremely busy this week but i will respond to your email within the next 48 hours" and then doesn't respond?  Came across as a bunch of millennials trying to run a business whilst the grown ups were away.

Sophie did a great job by helping with the property rent. She is really great and would like to refer for others who are looking for the property. Thanks Sophie and all the best.

Well the good thing is they’re not frauds, in that all the documents are legal unlike other student letting agencies but do not choose Leaders if you ever want to see your deposit again. My housemates and I are still chasing them up from renting a property sept 2021- July 2022. Nothing will happen unless either you stage a siege around their head office, or take legal action against them.

After letting houses for over 15 years,  I can safely say these last 12 months has been the worst, most expensive and stressful experience to date. Leaders do far from "Lead" their commication, extraordinary extra fees and services are diabolical. I would strongly advide you to do NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING! Especially if you expect rent on time ot a tenant which has been checked correctly.
