Appalling customer service in this branch. Wouldn't refund my deposit on an engagement ring I no longer wanted. They had put the funds on a gift card which I was unaware of. I never asked for this. The assistant managers response was that I need to ring Head Office. Why didn't she ring Head Office, she's suppose to provide the service. I rang Head Office and they were amazing. They rang the store and asked them to refund the deposit. The assistant manager was very smarmy and unprofessional. If I could go no stars I would

Staff were helpful and patient whilst I was deciding which item to purchase. :-) Although when I called the store a couple of days later for some information and was promised a call back it never happened :-(

Staff friendly till they realise you're not willing to wait up to 7 weeks for your item as this is an unacceptable timeframe in my opiniim.
