Mark designed my engagement ring and our wedding rings for our marriage in May 2022. He was exceedingly helpful and kind throughout the process and understood exactly what we wanted. He spent a lot of time talking with us and making sure that we were completely happy with our rings, nothing was too much trouble. We're absolutely thrilled with the result and can't thank Mark enough. We definitely highly recommend him!

When I got married many years ago money was tight and my gold wedding ring reflected that. It was flimsy and had become very mishapen. It was dangerous to wear as it kept catching on things. Now I have a few more quid in the bank I wanted it melted down to become part of a more substantial ring. Mark's service from initial advice to the end result was outstanding. I now have a beautiful, unique product with all the sentimental value of the original ring preserved within it.
I was searching for a gift when I came across this company. I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for, but Mark the proprietor discussed my options and explained the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated his input. As other reviews have noted, he is a very skilled craftsman and a good communicator. I wholeheartedly recommend Craftingold Jewellery
It’s quite hard to portray Mark‘s excellence over a small review I think that does seem an injustice. If you are reading this and you are considering using services for engagement rings or any other type of jewellery you need to use Craftin Gold. I live in London and I spoken to many other Jewellers where I was very happy with the others Mark was just a class above. To put it bluntly Mark cared very very very much about the quality of service and he also cared a lot more than I did - I care a lot! Mark is excellent at his job, it is clear that this is his life he is very very good at his craft the engagement ring Mark made for us exceeded our expectations, not only that but we got a free ‘resize’ as the engagement ring was slightly big. Markwent above and beyond and I’ve got one very happy fiancé now thank you so much Mark and I’ll be coming back to you for the weathering in the future.
I have used mark to make and produce my partners engagement ring and again to produce mine and my fiance wedding rings. Back when I was researching jewellery makers for the engagement ring. I researched and visited pretty much every possible jeweller from eastbourne to brighton and soon as I met Mark I knew he was the best choice. Very professional service and knowledgeable. Never got annoyed by the amount the times I changed the design Sorry again and very customer orientated. Hopefully I wont need another engagement ring made. But if I do I know where to go.
Mark is the only jeweller I will now use! I had approached another jeweller to help me design a one of a kind engagement ring. This jeweller located around Brighton was just a yes man, indicating that anything is possible. When showing me the designs they looked nothing like what we discussed. After 3-4 weeks of this back and forth it was evident that this jeweller was no where near the design we had agreed so decided to part ways. This was 4 weeks before I was due to pop the question and when I came across Mark at CraftinGold. He said as fantastic. I cannot of asked for a better Jeweller. Given the relatively short space of time I had for design through to completion, Mark took the time firstly to explain what is feasible to create by hand, and what designs I had seen had been solely machine manufactured or machine manufactured and then finished by hand. Something the previous jeweller failed to mention. As someone who wanted a fully handmade ring this information and communication was extremely important. Mark then immediately made time to bring me into his work shop and we spent a great deal of time discussing what I wanted but also what the ring needed to be structurally sound. After 3 weeks the ring was made and it was more than I could of ever wanted. The communication from Mark throughout was second to none and the price for a completely bespoke hand made ring was extremely good value even compared to buying one off the rack at a high street shop. Since getting the engagement ring I have bought bespoke earrings. Had Jewelry cleaned, fixed and adjusted and we are in the process of having our wedding rings made. As someone who seeks the best value for money I can honestly say that Mark is that. Not only is he incredibly talented at what he does he is realistic in managing expectations, a great communicator and extremely great value for money. He is the ONLY Jeweller I will use and recommend. Thanks Mark.
Mark is an amazing jeweller and makes exquisite pieces of jewellery for all occasions. He is honest and totally reliable we would highly recommend him.
