Purchased golf shoes on Amazon. They sent shoes 2.5 sizes smaller. Returned the next day. Eventually got refund but slow coming and no excuse for selling me the wrong size. Not a good experience

Impressed with the service. First item I received wasn't quite the right fit for me, so I returned it over Christmas and promptly received a no quibble full refund. A few days later, Google lead me back to the site for the same item of clothing, but this time a different brand. I ordered it, once again arrived promptly, and this time it was spot on.
