I don't normally leave reviews but in the days when excellent customer service is rare it should be applauded. Good communication from start to finish, no pushy sales, Stuart went out of his way to ensure we could have the fire we wanted, everything went to schedule and fitters did a great job. All staff were helpful and polite. Thank you.

We had a new fireplace and log burner installed mid-January this year. The whole process, from the building of the fireplace, the plastering of the chimney breast and the installation of the log burner were carried out with minimum disruption and excellent workmanship. We can't recommend the company highly enough and we are delighted with the overall efficiency of the fire.

Great showroom, great customer service and the quality of the installation of our wonderful fireplace was excellent - on time and very high standard of work. We would recommend Sussex Fireplaces to anyone.

Be careful, these people charge £45 for a survey, if you don't buy from them you lose it. 2 other companies have surveyed and priced up for me free of charge. Charge for credit card transactions also. You are under pressure to buy a fire, hearth, and surround. Everything was a problem if I wanted to just replace the fire, the surround was not fit for purpose. It was all very negative, with the only solution to buy everything new with them. Went to another supplier and they could not of been more helpful and obliging, and at a fraction of the price quoted from this supplier.
