Fantastic Service, Staff are very friendly and have time to spend with you. I was given great advice on buying a gift. I  had a repair done on an old piece of silver jewellery and it was done to a great standard.

Many jewellers did not want to undertake the job on my Rolex but W.E. Clark were more than happy to and did a splendid job

Had a Rotary watch given to me by my wife about 30 years ago.
Bit at the top that adjusts the time broke off and went missing.
I think there is a name for this but I am not an expert - just use my watch to tell the time.
Tried a couple of places for repair but they could not do it
Went to W.E. Clarke - discussed - said they could do it
Reasonable price and done quickly
Back on my wrist and better than digital for me

All round excellent customer service with that touch of class so often lacking these days.
Very reasonable repair prices.
Excellent Freepost service.
Work carried out was excellent and prompt and saved a watch that may otherwise have been disposed of.
