Greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door and offered assistance, he kindly directed us straight to what we was looking for. Another gentleman then took over and sat us down to chat about the watch we had gone into look at. He explained all about the watch and let us have a good look at it. We was very happy with the watch and he swiftly sorted payment and packaged it up for us, it is a birthday present so he even kindly took the price tag off before packing it up. Brilliant service thank you very much!
From entering the establishment my welcome was warm, sincere, and courteous. The team took the time diligently to establish my wants and requirements in order to meet a suitable match for my needs. The staff were professionally sagacious and very erudite about their merchandise, and honest in their assessments. I would highly recommend W.Bruford for your local jeweller and buying an engagement ring. The Bridal and Jewellery expert Jess made the whole experience memorable and genuinely wanted to craft the best ring we could for my partner. Jess guided me through it all with ease and my partner couldn’t be happier with the ring. I’ve bought and serviced watches at the store on multiple occasions – they’ve managed to create a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the store. Sam, Frazer, Wendy, Bianca and Jo all gave incredible customer service the times I’ve been in, and I always look forward to seeing them.

Jo was excellent. She really knows the Rolex brand, provided expert advice on buying a new model and made the whole experience really positive. She kept me informed throughout the process and then fitted my watch when it arrived. Jo is a great representative for Brewers and a credit to the team.

Maxine made my experience of Bruford's feel extra special. She offered me a hot drink, found the items I was looking for and went to the trouble to clean my items so they looked beautiful when I bought them.
