I love this gym and highly recommend it for anyone looking to up their fitness. The gym has a great selection of equipment and classes. I like going to the morning classes as they are a great workout and the others attending are a good laugh, which helps with the motivation. The instructors are top class and are always there to help if needed. If you are looking for a challenge then I'd recommend going to the boot camp and or TNT classes as Joe and Kirsty will make it tough for you. :)

The best gym I've used over the years, was at leisure centre before this and this is a massive upgrade so the increased price is reasonable. Use of sauna and you get programmes written as well as having access to every class. Had a mega increase in motivation/productivity since starting here.

Great atmosphere, with very warm and helpful staff.  Open 24 hours Mon to Fri which is great if you work late.  Great classes everyday to choose from.

Really good gym. Great equipment and instructors  and it's kept very clean. The only issue I  have are with being charged for using the parent child classes. I feel the the price if a monthly membership should cover this. Also it's not 24 hrs 7 days a week opening And  I would like to see more metafit/ tnt  type classes at earlier times. Some people have been and gone by the time the first classes start.
But all in all a good gym.
