The centre offers an extensive range of indoor and outdoor facilities for all ages and abilities including: 8 lane competition swimming pool with a spectating gallery floor for 250 people, training pool with underwater movable floor, a teaching/ remedial pool and a modern wetside change area with adjoining health suite.

Dryside facilities include a gym with 80 stations, strength and conditioning studio, purpose built aerobics studio, regional standard 8 badminton court sports hall and 2 squash courts.

Outdoor facilities include an 11 a side synthetic pitch, three 5 a side 3G synthetic pitches, a 7 a side 3G synthetic pitch, tennis court and an athletics track.

This is really good facility for Fife and well situated for the surrounding areas. The positives are it is very clean inside  and looks well run with some excellent facilities.  It has still a modern feel and most of the equipment,  I saw , seems quite up to date. I did think outside was looking a bit run down although nothing  that some maintenence and a bit of TLC would not fix . This is a bit of a shame as first impressions are important.  Overall nice centre and worth a visit.

Great facilities for the Town of Glenrothes. We use tbe astro pitch for our games with Dunfermline Athletic academy and the staff are always helpful and tbe cafe us useful too

Such a great leisure centre, its got a modern design, facilities for everything you'd need. The pool is great, the extra training pool with moveable floor is fantastic for lessons and classes. The football facilities are amazing from.an indoor pitch with seating and 5 a sides.

Very good all round health centre for swimming and gym and much more

Good sized pool but lacks entertainment for families, no slide, whirlpool, waves etc. the training pool is great with moveable floor to adjust depth. Seating area is limited and always mobbed when swimming lessons are on, I can rarely see my own child which is very frustrating. The cafe seating area dirty and appears understaffed. Also there is a HUGE lack of parent and child spaces considering they offer child swimming lessons, bit daft.

This centre has had alot of thought put into it ..lots of room at the reception area..also toilets to your right they're spotless..reception to your left ..where the staff are very helpful ..just passed that there's a cafe ..where you can get drinks and food hot/cold ..Grandson goes to his swimming lessons here..the training pool has a movable floor....you can watch the kids swimming as you have a coffee and something to eat ..there are another pools..,lot of indoor and out door activities..it's well worth a visit ..I'm sure if you into sports going to the gym ..you'll find something here to do ..it's next to the Adam Smith College..pop along in sure you'll be impressed ..

lane swim not really possible without interruption. kids just jumping on the lanes. changing cubicle are very dirty. wouldn’t bother going back.

My son had a birthday pool party here. The staff and lifeguards were very well organised and helpful.

The Micheal Woods Sports and Swimming Centre provides a large gym, table tennis, basketball, football, badminton and tennis most popular of all, the swimming pool, it has around 10 diving boards, a deep and shallow section and is perfect for new and reoccurring swimmers, or even kids and adults alike to relax and unwind is the calming feel of the water, the pool provides on some days, a large inflatable "parkour"/"assault course" which is safe and enjoyable for kids, the pricing varies from free for kids on weekdays and is a great well maintained area, highly recommend you go and check out yourself!
