Is a nice clean space, with lots of friendly members. Carol, the owner is a lovely down to earth person, always ready to help or answer questions. The equipment is resistance training and quite effective for cardio to build stamina. You can work as hard or as little as u are able. There is no pressure to keep at a certain pace. It is tailored to fit u and ur fitness level.
This is the first time I have ever joined a gym and you do not feel embarrassed at any point, regardless of your age or size.It is for women only which I feel is also a positive. I would definitely recommend it.
If you don't feel confident going to a gym, then this is the place for women to go. Super friendly.
My partner really enjoys it here, friendly enviroment
