This gym feels like my second home now! All the staff are fantastic. They are so welcoming and helpful. The gym has a wide variety of classes which means there is something for everyone no matter your ability. I personally recommend Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Balance, Spin and Metafit!! Colin and Beth are both great instructors. They try and push you but you are able to have a laugh at the same time! Give the gym a try and become part of the family!!

Excellent. I have been on the road traveling for months now. It is always a bit of a struggle to find good gyms by the day. This place was clean and it had all the necessary equipment for a great warm-up and weight training session. All for 5 pounds each visit.
Great place to work out as it isn't mobbed like other gyms that I've used. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
brilliant gym ,,made to feel welcome ,,been totally refurbished since been taken over from fitness factor its stunning ,all staff very friendly ,has excellent classes a big variety,toilets ,showers ,sauna and also has shop and i am there every day feels Like my 2 nd home love this place x
