Upon cancelling the membership with millennium and the direct debit we were sent a threatening email saying that we had to pay a months membership £36 or they would get a debt collector involved. I was hesitant about paying this, as the membership had been cancelled at least 20 days before the payment was due, and nothing was ever signed to say that a certain amounts notice had to be given, out to satisfy them and save the hassle my fiancé went in and paid. Today we received an email from a debt collector saying that a balance of £78 was due and if it is not paid then further action will be taken. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional, and considering we only left the gym due a a temporary move, I can assure you we will not be rejoining when we return. We have phoned the gym and they said our name is not in the list so it must be a “mistake” or in others words a scam to try and receive more money from leaving customers. Before all of this I would’ve recommended millennium but not now. We had been loyal customers for 3 years and feel extremely insulted that they would try and pull this trick on us.

Brilliant gym, the equipment is Fantastic!, when i run on the treadmill i watch bums but im a guy you know what we, men are like. Anyway, I would recommend this gym, the staff are lovely and the service is top quality.

they offered me a joining up 1st month for £20.00 July 2018 but then never gave the deal. lost me as a customer

Amazing gym I have been to many and always end up back here should bring back the stand sun bed

Limited experience staff available to advise user's bit tired in areas no unique selling point lost their way as owner just See's it as a cash cow
