Friendly and helpful trainers. Excellent range of new equipment for a full body or targeted workout. Light and airy environment and excellent changing facilities. At Better, the Sauna and Steam Room make a great place to unwind. But they can help with more than just relieving stress and relaxing the body and mind. Increasing blood flow, helping with weight loss and skin cleansing are all proven benefits

A great place for work out. The facilities are new and are taken care of by the staff regularly. The changing room is relatively spacious and there are showers available to everyone. There are training classes led by trainers throughout the week, including cardio, body building, fitness training, etc. The membership fee is £29 a month, and there is a discount for half and full year subscription. The gym is very busy during dinner time, so do expect a short waiting for the treadmills.

The gym is frequently very busy, hot and cramped and incredibly over priced for what it is. The changing rooms are busy and in the morning you are unlikely to be able to do your makeup in front of a mirror. The only decent thing about it is its location. They also encourage you to sign up yearly for a better price saying that after a year the contract will terminate. This is not the case and the staff are giving out false information. The customer service is abrupt too. Would not recommend.

Overcrowded, leading to long wait times during rush hours. Some staff members are not particularly friendly, whereas others are very helpful and accommodating. Biggest problem is the lack of cleansiness - if you shower there, you might return with athlete foot.

Cheap in comparison with other places but it gets overcrowded at times. But I guess it should be expected. Good selection of training equipment.
