I have given this clinic 1 star, not based on the service of medical team but on front of house. Was greeted very rudely on arrival, treated and spoken to as though I was going through an automated service. Handled with disdain and met with a highly unprofessional manner. On asking to speak with a manager, I was informed that the woman, Michelle, who was rude to me was the manager. Angry, uncouth, abrupt woman. Considering people attend this clinic for what could be extremely sensitive, to be met by this savage is enough to make you want to run away. If this is a manager then no wonder the remaining front of house team are so miserable. Have been attending this clinic since 2008, when it was at the main hospital and never come across such bad service. This young lady could do with a course in customer service and professionalism.

The doctor I saw was really nice, however the way I was treated from reception staff both through booking and when I arrived on the day of my appointment was very disappointing. I spoke to a few really rude people when trying to book a referral appointment. I called to double check the details of my appointment and to make sure they understood the exact treatment I needed, however when I turned up on the day the doctor had no notes and didn't have a clue what I needed (not her fault!). Just a complete shambles and communication is seriously lacking both within and between clinics.

These guys couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, their levels of incompetence are truly mind boggling. The place is run to a deplorable standard by staff that are completely inept.

For a walk in centre I was so impressed that I was seen within 30 mins on a late afternoon. The team there are so friendly and they offered services and programs I didn’t even know existed!
