I'm very surprised at this coffee shop. I have not seen worse service, a very poor quality. and a very dirty shop in general. the staff is very bad just talking blah bla bla all day. anybody does not work properly, no one cleans at the store. cups, glases, tables, toilets, very dirty.

This is the best place in Gateshead!
Excellent coffee and food, reliable and fast free wi-fi, wall plugs, good tables and chairs. An excellent place to work, study, or just relax.
The staff is fantastic too.
Last but not least: their music selection is fantastic, and played at exactly the right sound level, so as to be audible but never disturb!
