would never get from here again waited over an hour for my pizza and chips to arrive when they arrived they were frozen and the pizza box was open and on its side in the drivers bag so the pizza had all flipped out and the driver had a cheak to put it back in the box and kept making excuses about he has 3 orders and thats why it happened im sorry if you cant deliver food properly then dont b a delivery driver. tried calling the shop multiple times but there was no answer was a waste of money it all went in the bin .
Absolutely shocking waited over an hour for too be delivered cold food. Pizza was inedible, never again will I order from here. Absolute Disgrace
Used to be a great place but has taken a dramatic downtown. We ordered food which took an hour and a half. When it arrived, the pizza was cold and congealed, the onion rings were cold, wet and half filled a paper cup. The kebab, chips and bread were cold, tiny portion and the bread hard. As I said, feel bad as anyone can have a bad night but when I called to discuss and ask for a refund, they were rude and told me to contact just eat. If they had shown a bit or customer service and decent communication, I could accept it but I will not pay for and accept poor service and bad manners.
Placed a delivery threw just eat raw chicken toke 1 bite to find the chicken still clucking not impressed phoned resteraunt to speak to the manger woman that spoke basically fobed me off the phone won't be ordering again kept the chicken as well will be reported
Just not good, first few times was fine but a more than a few times my food never arrived, if it never arived it took an hour plus to get it in the first place. Came soggy and minging
Ordered through foodtogo which is for leftovers and food at the end of the night, the food was made while I stood there waiting. Poor quality food, avoid!!
1 reg calzone and chips £14 Massively overpriced for awful food all I could taste was garlic the dough was undercooked and weirdly came with some cold tomato pizza sauce don't wast your money here
I cant believed how bad this place was. The owner so rude... and "funny" lookings !!???/ not pleasant at all. Distrust
Curry was disgusting had better curries from Tesco for 79p hoagie wasn’t great either stindgy with the cheese on hoagie
No sign of order or update from restaurant an hour after the estimated delivery time. No answer on either of the phone numbers provided or on Facebook. I can understand a delay but not even getting in touch or answering your phone is awful. I'll be wanting a full refund - at minimum.
