On the strength of it's success the Company expanded and now Greyfriars Carpets can be found in Stafford, Staffordshire - Congleton, Cheshire - & Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.

Each branch has an impressive showroom & warehouse displaying all top brands at amazingly low prices, being platinum retailers with many manufacturers.

Great service at Congleton. Had carpet and laminate for our kitchen diner. The guy explained types of laminate and cost per type for what we needed. We looked at roll ends for the carpet and found a great piece at great value. They came out to measure and fitted us in their fitters schedule as soon as they could. The fitter Chris came and fitted the flooring and carpet. Great guy and very helpful as I was fitting some kitchen units around him. All in all great service, great people at a value for money price.
Just had our bedroom carpet replaced by Anthony, Chris and the team at Greyfriars. It's the 2nd time we've used them and the service has been fantastic on both occasions. Every step from measuring to help choosing the correct type of carpet to fitting, they have been professional and prompt. Can't recommend highly enough.
Yet again greyfriars have provided excellent quality carpets and service.Last year I purchased artificial grass for the garden it looks amazing very realistic. This year a full refurb on my rental property I can highly recommend for quality service and price. Thank you Anthony and Chris and the fitters
There had been a hiccup between the carpet fitter and the sale assistant, Chris for failing to resolve my ongoing issue. Disorganised and lack of communication just made ten times worse. Chris has my mobile phone number and home address. I had a chat with my neighbour after he left, I was informed he was pressing the wrong button to get in the building. I would’ve caught him but he was leaving. He didn’t want to wait just for a bit longer, he would rather to get paid for the next job instead of helping out. Before that happened I had the courage to inform them due to my anxiety disorders because he had been here twice. I was given a cold shoulder with so many excuses and I asked for the refund what I paid him so that I can get someone else to do it instead of him due to frustrations, he refused. I wish I hadn’t gone back the whole time because that just proved it. They turned into a big mess for a small ask.

We’ve bought many carpets from Greyfriars Congleton and they are always professional and offer a great service with high quality carpets. Today our kitchen floor was installed and it is stunning. Another rollicking success from Greyfriars.
It was a pleasure doing business with Greyfriars as usual. We purchased carpet throughout the house and the overall service was excellent. We really appreciated the way we could buy the carpet all at once and then have it fitted in stages as we redecorated the house and for the carpet to be kept in storage for us. Big shout out for Chris Sutton who we dealt with throughout. Offered great advice in the buying process and organising all the separate fittings was easy. I would also like to commend the carpet fitters who did a fantastic job, were always very punctual and very polite and friendly. I highly recommend buying from Greyfriars. You will not be disappointed.
Had carpets fitted today, not happy with how they've left furniture in the bedroom beds been flipped etc and the state they've left the flat is unprofessional and disgraceful extremely disappointed wouldn't recommend

Had last couple of carpets from Greyfriars. Helpful people, and you certainly feel like you're getting either a bargain from the roll ends bit, or that you're getting a good enough price from the showroom. We were happy, and I'm sure we will be going again.
