What a beautiful walk. Slightly sad that we missed the snow by a day or so. But what we got too see was the incredible waterfall with the extra water flow due too the snow melting. It made the waterfall look incredible. The surrounding hills and it's great views is a must see stop off.

Well worth the visit. Make sure it's good weather as the views are truly breathtaking on sunny day.

The main walk up to the lochan above the falls is spectacular! The views of the falls from above are some of the most scenic I have had the privelage of seeing especially on a frozen day. The lochan further on above the falls was frozen over and offered the some of the best photography opportunities I have ever seen. Although not very technically challenging it does require a basic level of fitness but it is well worth the trek.
The walk up to the Falls itself has been victim to a pretty serious landslip and an appropriately placed fence across the path marks the last safe place to get a good view of the falls from below/in front. I would not recommend going beyond the fence as it "appears" pretty rough going after that.

One of my favourite non West Coast or Highlands walks. Very rewarding view once you reach the loch at the top of the walk.

£3 parking seemed a bit steep. Amazing views and stunning scenery
