Very interesting garden well set out. Just the right size for a day visit. The visitor centre and cafe is well above average. They seem to be making improvements to the garden as well so worth a second visit. Will look different through the seasons as well.

Very interesting Botanical gardens mainly consisting of trees brought from South America by a man called David Douglas.Would like to go back in sprin/summer to see the flowers. Pheasants wandering about through the trees. Very good cafe and gift shop.

One of four gardens run by the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh. This garden is south of Edinburgh near Stobo in the Borders. 70 acres of excellent landscapes, with avistors centre, cafe which serves great cakes and snack, including gluten free, a most vistor stop. If you like gardens this is a must visit place.

Dawyck is a wonderful garden at most times of the year, but the snowdrop displays this year are fantastic. The cafe is always somewhere for good food and coffee - the bacon rolls are particularly good, and the scones are excellent.
