this was the worst experience of my life.Surely before serving your supposed to specify wether it’s freshly served or not and on the front till it had written next to it freshy served.Was it freshly served? NO. Not at all and I wasn’t made war of it and so I came back and asked if I could have it warmed because who has a cold breakfast?She has the audacity to say oh no we’re not allowed to do that what do you mean? It doesn’t hurt to microwave a cheese bake fair enough if u can’t serve it fresh atleast let me know.Poor skills and never coming again.Let the customer know beforehand atleast and sort something out
We use this Greggs quite often very nice choice of foods. Decent prices. We definitely like the coffee here.
Absolute crap everything Is always freezing cold like it's been sat there for hours and reheated from the day before coffee is always given half full and it's not cheap anymore.
Poor Service. Unfortunately my last experience was me waiting around whilst staff finished bickering about a delivery driver. Unprofessional and Inappropriate.
Better than Tim Hortons, and as a Canadian thats saying a lot!
