While I like Greggs for the drink + roll deal, I don't like visiting the Bicester branch beacuse of the service. The girl behind the counter this morning is the same girl I've dealt with many times, except today was particularly unpleasant. The normal procedure for her is to slap the filling inside the baguette and leave a trail of sauce all over the outside. Once complete throw the lids back on the hot plates and the tongs back on the counter and grunt "anything else". This morning was extra special, she was ranting to her superior that she had been 'out front' all morning and it wasn't fair. This then turned into a staff argument in front of the general public, highly unprofessional. Myself and other customers were quite taken back. Greggs I feel sorry that this person is representing your company, you need to get rid of her asap. A recent visit to Greggs at Cobham was quite the opposite experience, friendly young girl who took care in preparing the food but didn't waste time.

So much cheaper than surrounding options. Female member of staff super polite and friendly. A couple of tables to sit on. Only 4 as limited selection of food and cake slightly frozen. Coffee nice though. Amex not accepted.
