This shop is a victim of its own, well deserved, success. So great is the turnover that the aisles are almost permanently blocked by staff restocking the shelves from huge stacks of crates. So great is the footfall that you frequently have to wait your turn to proceed down a crowded aisle to pick what you want from the great selection on the shelves, and the check out queues are sometimes overlong. Whinge over, this is otherwise an excellent store with a wide choice of first rate products and friendly helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Prices are good value for the quality, (if you want "cheap", go to the Co-op down the road).

Very spacious and lots of selections. I’d recommend coming during non-Peak hour (before 11am) because it can get quite crowded.

Very convenient location. Nice cafe with excellent staff. Only place I enjoyed good tea in UK. Heating seems to be a bit low inside the store.

Just went in for a gift voucher and the female assistant couldn't have been more helpful, even opened up a till just to serve me- great service!

Good store; always well stocked and clean. The only criticism is that they open late (8:00am), especially considering the Co-op down the road is open from 7:00am.
