Went to gregs this morning, 2 staff members working, not once did they say hi, il be with you in a min, they carried on about there business! The female staff member had her back turned to me whilst she was cutting something up & then when she did acknowledge me after about 3 mins there was no apology just straight to the point what can I get you! I ordered 3 stake and bake 3 sausage and bean I was a pasty down when I got home!! Thank you for the brilliant customer service! And for charging me for a pasty I didn't have! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
