Founded in 1972 by Derek Coleman, a baker from Wheatley, was then taken over by his Son Geoff in 1985. The Cornfield still has a great family feel to the business, with Geoff's Wife, 2 Sons, Daughter, 2 Stepdaughters, Cousin, Nephew and Uncle all having vital roles in the company.
