Independently owned and situated in the upmarket Summertown area of Oxford, Gatineau offers the finest artisan produce in the French/European patisserie and boulangerie tradition: premium cakes, chocolates, pastries, savouries and breads – all made in house with the highest quality ingredients, creative flair, taste combinations and attention to detail.

We also make wedding cakes in a variety of sizes as well as traditional French croque-en-bouche and macaron towers. And whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, Christening or some other important occasion, we are happy to discuss your requirements for personalised cakes.

As well as offering a variety of beautiful hand-made sweet and savoury delicacies for retail, we also provide a wholesale service catering to places such as Branca Deli, The Oxford Kitchen, Oxford Wine Cafe, Brew, 2 North Parade, Barefoot Kitchen and many others.
