I recently sold a property through NGU. At the initial appointment the guy who came out was very confident of the property selling and I was very impressed with the advertising options they had so went ahead. I was particularly pleased with the photos they took of the house which looked great. The house was on the market for just under 3 months before they sold it which was a bit longer than I was hoping. NGU were able to negotiate a slightly better price than I had expected though so overall it was worth it. They then recommended me to a really good solicitor who they work with. Overall a very good, friendly company whose communication and professionalism gets top marks.

I placed my property on the market with NGU Homesales looking for a quick sale. I dealt predominately with a lady called Samantha, I was immediately amazed at the knowledge and expertise shown in our first call. My property was up and on the market very quickly and I achieved my sale from one of the first viewings NGU conducted for me. Great agent with great staff highly recommended.

I was seriously impressed by NGUhomesalesonline - they advertised my house with a variety of options that I wasn't aware of , and my previous agent didn't offer me. Virtual Tour - 5 Stars ***** Premium Listing - 5 Stars ***** We were really happy with the service we received from day one and would highly recommend this agent to all sellers! Cant fault the experience with NGU. Had my house on with another agent who promised me a top price, but after 6 months, they suggested I reduce my price to sell. I saw NGU advertised on a car in Gateshead so tried them, at first, I was unhappy with the initial price they valued my house, but it was in line with the price the other agent had reduced mine to, and within 5 weeks I had sold my house. Beware other estate agents and their inflated values - NGU are no fuss, no hassle, straight to the point and I got a quick sale. Job done.
