I really like Geen co property management. They really treated me well. They have really supportive staff specifically in Liverpool office specifically Lauren Clarke and Joel Robinson are great human.I really recommend greenco for others. They are highly professional.
We had 3 views in 2 days with the lovely Laura. It was our first time in Manchester and she has been extremely helpful and friendly and trustworthy. Very good experience.
Really the worst experience ever had with an agency. They never call you back, I waited more than 1 week to book a viewing. They always said that an agency will call me back but they never do. Once we finally managed to see the property, the agent told us to call the agency directly to start the application, which we did the same day, and like for the view, the told us that an agent will call us but no one ever did. Since the view I called every day to have an updated, and as usual every time they said the same thing, since after a week of waiting again just to start a simple application the agency told me that they house was already gone. I advise to never rely on this agency.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been living in mould and damp for most of my tenancy. They have been round to try and fix this after months of living in awful conditions. Nothing seems to be working and it is growing back very quickly. It’s all about money! If you want to live in a damp cave then I suppose this company would fit well. We’ve been refused to leave our tenancy early even though the house is absolutely covered in mould. No one from the tenancy agreement team replies to your emails for weeks or is ever available for a phone call. I am absolutely disgusted.
Marvellous! GREENCO completed my rental deal just within 4 days! I never meet such an efficient and effective property agent. Could highly recommend. Laura + Zev + Megan = Excellent Teamwork!
