To start off the communication between Summermere and the lardlord was laughable. For 3 weeks we were lead to beleive the property was not ours. When we did come in to sign the forms i asked if i could come in sooner to sign my forms, to speed the process up on moving in day. I was told i could do this, yet when i arrived on the day i was told no keys could be taken and "we never told you this would be possible" (so either breakdown of basic communication or lies) They didnt point out basic information like alarm codes. Nor did they provide bank forms or details to pay the rent! The appartment was dusty when we moved in and had cobwebs. There were also a number of repairs to be done to the property, which non had been sorted. An all together hugely unsatisfactory communication and customer service from this Estate Agent. Ohh ps we have lived there a month and the for rent sale is still outside

The team at summermere are fantastic, they have helped me twice to find the perfect home for me and my pet, they have always been on hand for any small issues and I have always felt welcomed when i have visited the office. I have recommended the company to many of my friends because the customer service 100% .
