Innovative, competitive car rental provider challenging the dominance of established companies. They don't get their customer service right all of the time, but they're constantly developing. The cars I have rented have been reliable, very new and immaculately clean, all for a price no other provider will beat.

Can I give zero stars? Easily the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. Would not refund insurance despite my documenting in writing that I had already purchased insurance. Not responsive nor customer friendly in the least. Avoid at all costs.

Beware! staff took my passport for rental duration in Krakow), office was closed when i returned car,  and missed my flight as a direct result.
sen several emails to complaint but no response at all!
DONT TOUCH.
