It makes no difference, they can change their organisation name 10 times, the same people still work there. Some of the senior managers are colour blind they have elements of institutional favouritism and racism, if you are from the ethnic minorities you will not be treated equally, you would be put on the lowest pay band, treated like a slave and bullied by the bands above you,  They will throw everything at you giving them full credit at your expense and hard work. At the end of the day, they look after their own and you will mean nothing to them. I guarantee they will become victims of their own success. Modern day institutional Slavery.
